# When Rumi Token?

**As we explained in the timeline section, our objective is to launch a Rumi token by the end of 2024 or beginning of 2025. The TGE will coincide with the creation of the Rumi DAO, which will be responsible for the functioning and management of the protocol. There will be a path to decentralisation that will be done orderly in different steps and phases. We will add more information on this as we approach TGE.**
